Tulip and Daffodils are breaking ground.
The woodland flowers are peeking out.
Come on up and check out the woods and lakes.
It is shaping up to be a sunny Memorial Day Weekend with air temperatures getting close to 70.
Fish are biting, but the insects have not bothered me yet.

On the waterfront of the Eagle River chain of 28 lakes between Watersmeet and Yellow Birch lakes. The Inn has cozy knotty pine paneled rooms. The waterfront cottages have kitchens with enclosed porches. Enjoy a day of fishing for Muskies, Walleye, Bass or pan fish in one of the over 1000 lakes, Trout in one of the many clear streams or look for Ruff Grouse, Deer, Bear or any of the other animals. We are encompassed by Chequamegon- Nicolet National Forest, Northern Highland American Legion Sate Forest and Vilas County Forest that have bike and hiking trails for all levels of experience. Only one mile west of downtown Eagle River as other activities and dining are a quick walk or drive.
