Reservation & Deposit Policy
Inn Reservation:
Will be guaranteed with a credit card.
We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express.
72 hour Cancellation Policy. Except for Christmas and New Years, Snowmobile Derby Days, Klondike Days, Pond Hockey, Camp Weekend, Cranberry Fest and Minimum Night Weekends, which will require a 7-day notice.
If you cancel with-in the minimum time required. Your credit card will be charged a minimum of one night or 33% of your total booking which ever is greater.
Christmas and New Years Week, Snowmobile Derby week (Vintage and Championship weekends), Pond Hockey weekend, Klondike Days, Camp Weekend and Cranberry Fest. Will be paid in full at the time of booking and NO REFUNDS for those events and dates.
Cottage Reservations:
To guarantee your reservation, Minimum of one night or 33% of the total amount which ever is greater will be required when reservation is made with credit card or check. We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express. Checks must be received within 10 days of booking or booking will be canceled.
Cottage deposits are non-refundable. Changes to reservations can be made with at least a 30-day notice and deposit will be held for up to one year. After one year, deposit will be forfeited. Cancellations within the 30-day period of the reservation arrival date will result in deposit forfeiture of each cottage rental.

Security Deposit:
A valid credit card number must be on file upon check in. In the event damage is done to resort property, your particular unit or if the cabin requires additional cleaning (dirty dishes, undue litter, pet messes etc.) we reserve the right to charge your account accordingly.
Winter: In case of NO SNOW: As we have no control over Mother Nature and the snowmobile and X county trails are closed due to lack of snow and you decide not to come. Your entire deposit will be applied to a future reservation.
