For mountian type biking check out Anvil Lake and Nicolet North east of Eagle River and
Razorback Ridges Trails just west of Sayner
or a more gentle crushed stone trail, Three Eagles Trail from Eagle River to Three Lakes. Backtopped designated trails over in St Germain. Look through the maps see what might interests you.
